We are excited to announce Ty Mawr as our latest property to join us on Sea & Slate.

This fabulous renovated home, which was featured in 25 Beautiful Homes Magazine 2021, has  a luxurious, contemporary style. Located down a quiet street in the delightful seaside town of Newport , Pembrokeshire, this is the perfect escape for families and friends to gather together.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all your culinary needs and more! A large breakfast bar/island in the kitchen provides a great focal point for guests to grab breakfast or a coffee while planning your day. In addition to the breakfast bar there is large table seating eight guests

Open up the bi-fold doors onto a beautiful patio and terraced gardens. There is a large table and seating for upto eight guests and a BBQ for alfresco dining. It is the perfect spot to take in this lovely,  peaceful oasis and enjoy a glass or two in the sunshine or under the stars.

There are two cosy sitting rooms to extend the social spaces further, one with a log-burning stove and the other with a sumptuous velvet sofa to sink into and enjoy a coffee and a good book.

Newport is a bustling little seaside town flanked by Carningli Mountain, the estuary and beautiful beaches. It boasts good cafés, restaurants serving in season fresh produce, independent shops and a local market. Take a stroll to Traeth Mawr which is only minutes away, walk the Pembrokeshire coastal path and spot dolphins.

If you're into Golf there is an 18 hole Golf course with spectacular views across Newport sands.

You can book riding lessons - for riders of all abilities at Harvard stables which is only 2.5 miles away

Kayak King you can book morning or afternoon tours - based in Fishguard (7 miles away)
