Ger y Mor, is a lovely Victorian cottage just 150 yards from the beach at Tresaith, a sleepy hamlet in West Wales - Time spent in Tresaith cannot fail to create special memories for everyone from the very young to the very old. 

The house will comfortably sleep 14 guests and we will happily look to accommodate smaller parties at a special off peak rates. Please give us a call to discuss.

There are kayaks at the house for the guests to use, beach fires are allowed at Tresaith beach, what could be nicer than to cook your freshly caught mackerel on your own fire? If you are feeling energetic, body boards and wet suits are available, rock pooling at hand ...but if you prefer to take thing a little easier you can sit and dolphin watch and spot a myriad of wild life from the seating area outside (or inside) the house. Walking the coastal path is a great thing to do in all weathers and the bonus is that it is right on your doorstep! 

Occasionally, surfers flock to the beach and any wave based activities become spectator 'sport' from the window seats!

Fully equipped kitchen/diner with seating for 12 (the table extends) and plenty of equipment for family dining and mass catering. There is a Blue Tooth speaker system in the kitchen diner for you to play your music from your phone/ipad.

Equipment in the kitchen: Blender, microwave, toaster, steriliser, rice cooker, large blender, electric whisk, hand blender, electric weighing scales, cafetieres as well as all the usual equipment and even some good knives!

Bathroom and separate WC on first floor. Shower room with double sink on 2nd floor. the 3 bedrooms on first floor all have sinks in them. Outside shower and outside WC.

Upstairs:

• 7 Bedrooms all but one have sea views an individual charger points: 
• 1 Kingsize
• 3 Doubles (all have sea views) 
•  1 small double in the Crow's Nest with stunning sea views, 1 twin (no view), 1 bunk room (sea view). 
•  A 7th bedroom with incredible hand made double bunks sleeps another 
•  As the top bunks are on top of the 14 beds we leave linen as we know the kids will want to use these! There are books/games/TV/DVD and Wii for kids to have their own living area/sleep over room or can be used as another bedroom if needed

Outside:

• Back garden with seating area, patio and dining area with views and a secure play area.
• Large picnic table with in built ice trays in front of the house seating 12 for alfresco dining with a view
• Front, sloping garden with views. Front terrace for dining and dolphin spotting.
• Steps access to beach (you can walk around the lane and road behind the pub to avoid steps, you can carry a buggy down some shallower steps to the right of the house. Would be difficult for wheelchairs unless used the road access)
• Child safe area of garden with a shed containing toys as well as storage of outside furniture and BBQ
• Parking for 4 cars (2 at the side of the house and 2 in front of the house)
• Dogs allowed downstairs on arrangement
